关于糖的一点小知识:

糖的种类:
单糖(
Monosaccharide):
葡萄糖(
Glucose),果糖(Fructose),半奶糖(Galactose),和核糖(Ribose于以上单糖不同,只有五个碳原子)。

双糖(Disaccharide):
食糖(
SucroseTable Sugar,葡萄糖Glucose+果糖Fructose),麦芽糖(Maltose2葡萄糖Glucose)和奶糖(Lactose,半奶糖Galactose+葡萄糖Glucose

多糖(Polysaccharide):
淀粉(
Starch),肝糖(或糖原Glycogen)和纤维素(Cellulose)。

常见糖浆的成分:
玉米糖浆(Corn Syrup):主要成分葡萄糖Glucose
枫糖(Maple Syrup):主要成分食糖Sucrose,少量果糖Fructose和葡萄糖Glucose
蜂蜜(Honey):主要成分果糖Fructose和葡萄糖Glucose,少量麦芽糖Maltose和食糖Sucrose

This is a result of a long chain reaction. The discussion started with weight loosing, then exercising, healthy diet, American’s diet war to lose weight, sugar consumption, how bad is corn syrup, what is sugar? Yabayabayaba….
It should not concern XMH till xx goes to school and starts to eat school meal regularly, has pocket money and knows how to operate vending machine. Your family’s living style is pretty healthy.
